JOURNAL V --- The Most Incredible Farewell Party I’ve Ever Had ^^

I was so grateful because I could study in St. Louis I Senior High School. As we know, that it is one of the best school in Surabaya. I learnt so many things when I had studied there. From the beginning I was there until the end, I got so many positive values. In this Journal, I want to share a little bit my experience about Farewell party which was held by St. Louis I senior high school. My Farewell Party was held in Bali for 5 days 4 nights ^^. As for me personally, it became the most incredible Farewell party I’ve ever had with the most incredible friends and teachers. We celebrated Farewell with fourteen classes. They consisted of nine Science Class and five Social Class. I was included in Social Class Two. So, we went there by using 14 busses. It was really amazing. We went to Bali in the afternoon. Before we went to Bali, there was a holy mass which was led by Rm. Alex as a Headmaster of St. Louis I. so, we gathered in school at two o’clock. The holy mass began at 2.30 o’clock until 3.45 o’clock. After that, we prepared  our luggages to put in the bus. Then at 4 o’clock we started to leave our beloved school. At that time, I felt a little bit sad because I thought that I would not be there again for schooling. But, life must go on. I thought that I would spend my rest time with my friends. We arrived in Bali Island tomorrow morning at 6 o’clock and started to have breakfast together in a restaurant. Then, we went to Bedugul for playing banana boat, jet skies, and so on. After we felt tired, we went to Hotel, but we have to check in first so that we could enter the room. We stayed at Grand Bali Beach Hotel from the first day until the last day. Grand Bali Beach is an amazing hotel with its beautiful view surrounding the hotel includes the beach ^^. For the third day, my friends and I spent time in Dreamland Beach, Kuta Beach, and Tanjung Benoa. We also went to Discovery Mall which is located behind Kuta Beach. We had already spent the time together by hanging out, eating, playing, talking with each other, and taking photos. For the next day, I mean the last day we stayed in Bali, we prepared everything from morning until afternoon. We prepared for the Farewell Party which was held on the beach behind its hotel. We started to think what dress, shoes, or accecories we would use. There is also my friend who could give make up and do curly hair to us. Suddenly, I realized that it would be the last day in Bali also the last day for us to be together like this. There was no shooling, talking in the class, eating together in a canteen, and doing homework together anymore. Then, at 5 o’clock p.m, we went down to have a Farewell party. It stated from a holy mass which was led by Rm. Alex. Then, the Farewell was continued with festive events like listening to the band, watching dance, eating together and so on. On the top of the show, there was a slide of our photos from all of third grade classes. Then, we hold on each hand, sang farewell song, and we started to cry. I saw there were so many students who cried because of they didn’t want to separate each other. I also felt so sad and cried a lot. As so many people said that the best moment in life is about the togetherness in senior high school. but, we had to face the reality. There is always a separation in each meeting. It could be my best moment I’ve ever had in Senior High School. I will never forget it ^^.

JOURNAL IV --- Have a Great New Year Eve in Batu City ^^

I have experience in spending holiday time in Batu and I usually go there every new year eve. Batu City is the most favorite place for me and my family to spend the time together when we have holiday. Almost every year, I go there with my family by car. I go to Batu City once or twice in a year. We usually stay in Purnama Hotel or Agrokusuma Villa for 3-4 days. I was so happy if I could spend my holiday time in Batu, especially with my beloved persons like my parents, brother, boyfriend and whole of my family. One day, I went to Batu in new year eve and stayed in Purnama Hotel.I like to stay in Purnama Hotel and Agrokusuma Villa because they have beautiful scenery and fresh air. Every new year eve there is always New year celebration in Purnama Hotel. Actually it is always held onDecember, 31th. The celebration is from afternoon till over the night. From afternoon, we could see the celebration such as games, juggles, singing and dancing together with clowns. In the evening till over the night we could have dinner together in Purnama’s restaurant, watch dramas and dancing, sing together with the band, and for the last Purnama Hotel provided doorprizes such as fans, motorcycles, TVs, radios, Handphones, and so on. Next, for the closing ceremony, we had fireworks and lion dance. So, we could see the fireworks in the Purnama’s park (outside the restaurant) together with the others for one hour without any fireworks stopped. It was held in one hour full (nonstop). After that, we could see lion dance which is held almost in one hour too. Then, we went to our room for sleeping.For the next morning, my family and I went to Jatimpark 2 includes “Taman Satwa” and “Batu Secret Zoo”. In Taman Satwa we could see flora and fauna which had been died and then dried. In Batu Secret Zoo, we could see flora and fauna which is still alive and exist. We also could take some photos in both of two places. I really like to go there. As for me personally, those two places is so amazing, because we could see through his creations such as floras and faunas and then we could realize how great is our God. He has made everything in this world so beautiful and perfect. After that, in the evening, I usually go to BNS (Batu Night Spectaculer) to enjoy the games and relax by watching some unique lanterns. The day after tomorrow, I usually go to Agrowisata Hotel to see the beautiful scenery and inhale the fresh air. After 3 days we had been in there, we decided to go home. Batu is the most favorite place I like to go during holidays, because it is not too far from Surabaya and it has beautiful scenery.

JOURNAL III --- I’m a Korean Drama lover ^^

I like to watch Korean Drama series especially when the actors and actresses are beautiful and handosome. I usually spend my holiday time by watching Korean Drama. My mother also likes to watch it. I like to watch them because the story not too long (like Indonesian soap operas) and also there is a moral value from its story. The Korean Drama series which I’ve watched are Playful Kiss, Wedding Dress, My Princess, The Woman Who Wants to Marry, Princess Hours, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, You’re My Destiny, Snow Queen, 49 days, and Secret Garden. I only can mention what I still remember. I prefer watching a happy ending stories to a sad ending stories. However, when the actors are handsome, even when the stories end in sad ending, I usually still wants to watch that ^^. I usually watch Korean drama series for five until six hours a day. Sometimes, when I feel boring in for my daily routines, I’ll watch Korean or Taiwanesse Drama, even when I’ve watched them before. For the longest story which I’ve watched is “You’re My Destiny”. It has 178 episodes. In this journal, I will share a little bit story about “You’re My Destiny” because I think it is a recommended drama to watch. The story express more about love, work, and family. The protagonist is Jang Sae-Byuk. ang Sae Byuk was an orphan girl who suffered from blindness when she was in high school. However, her life has changed instantly when she received an eye donor from a doctor named Kim Na-Young who had died from an accident. As gratitude, Jang Sae Byuk went to the Nayong’s House, however, the family was angry and wanted to kill Sae Byuk. Dae Jin Suk and Yeoung assumed that Sae Byuk was a gift which was given by God to replace Na Yeoung. Kim Su Bin hate Sae byuk because she thought that Sae Byuk has already  taken Su Bin’s boyfriend. Su Bin’s boyfriend was named Kang Ho Sae. In the middle of its story, Jang Sae Byuk and Kang Ho Sae got married, although Ho Sae’s mother still hate Sae Byuk. However, Sae Byuk still be patient to face Ho Sae’s mother. From that stories, I can get moral value from love aspect, work aspect, and also family aspect. For me, Korean Drama series give us a lot of moral value which we can apply in our daily life.

JOURNAL II --- Shopping is My Favourite Hobby ^^

Shopping is one of my favorite hobby since I was 15 years ols. Usually, I like to go shopping in Pasar Atom with my friends. Moreover, after we finished our school life from Monday to Saturday or when we had already finished our exams, we would spend more time to go shopping. I feel that it can relax me from my dizziness. On the other hand, I have to control my desire to buy everything what I want, because my mom always suggests me not to shop excessively, so I just buy what I need. Until now, shopping becomes part of my life. I love to collectsome clothes include unique and cute clothes, shoes, bags, and scarves.I usually go shopping in TP, GM, PTC and Pasar Atom. I also take some photos in mall when we go shopping. I usually go shopping in four until five hours. I don’t know exactly why it besomes so long, but I think it’s because I often enter the boutique or shop one by one. I also usually have a lot time to think which one I have to buy. Because I love shopping, I tried to make an online shop. As we know, there are so many online shops in Facebook, websites like Kaskus and so on, even in Blackberry. I made an online shop and worked together with my sister in law in February, 2011.I gave the name for my online shop is “TinkerbellShop”. Firstly, I worked and organised it with her and at the end of the month, she gave me salary. But in May 2011, we separated and now we have different online shop with the same name “TinkerbellShop”. I made my own online shop because I want to have more experiences and also I want my Blackberry becomes useful to produce some money. So, I can have my own savings. Through Online Shop, I can be more mature and patient in facing my customers which have different kinds of personalities. Also, I can appreciate and manage my time carefully. Beside those, I can operate and manage my finance appropriately. There are so many benefits I get from this kind of business (online shop). They are not only from financial aspect, but also from the personality aspect.

JOURNAL I --- Fall in Love with Pink Color ^^

Since I was a child, I fell in love with pink color. I don’t know about the specific reason why I could fall in love with pink color. It seems like suddenly happened. At that time,I don’t like the other colors. Even, when there are some of my families who gave me a gift which was not pink, I would feel so sad. So, for the next time, they always gave me a gift with pink stuffs and also in a pink wrapping paper. Even, until now, there is my familiy who likes to give me everything deals with pink color. I still remember my lovely doll named Hello Kitty and Piglet (the one of Pooh’s friend). They were becoming my lovely doll because I really loved pink at that time.Almost all of my stuffs dealed with pink color. I also remember since I was a child, most of my clothes were pink. I only had my clothes in the other colors about 20%. And if I were offered by my family to choose a gift, I always choose pink, not the other ones. Therefore, all of my families know that I’m such a pinky girly girl ^^. In school, I was also called Miss Pink. Everyone knew who was that.But, it stopped when I was 16 years old. I mean that I didn’t really like pink again when I was in senior high school. I tried to look at the reality and I was realized that I had already been mature. In my opinion, pink color deals with such a little girl. So, I decided not to be a pinky girl again. Because I think that I will be very shy if I still keep loving in pink colour. I became prefer purple to pink. However, in the next year, when I celebrated my sweet 17th birthday party, I got many gifts which were related to pink. Oh Geez, how come? How can this happened? I really surprised at that time. I think that I wouldn’t get anything in pink again, but I’m totally wrong. So, I got so many collections about pink again. And I realized that maybe I couldn’t dismiss or leave my favourite color “pink”. Even now, my own bedroom in our new house is decorated in a pink design and decoration. This is becomes my dream since I was a child. I really thank to God because He has made my dream comes true. Start from wallpaper to my bed and my other stuffs full of pink color and Hello Kitty ^^. As for me, it is really amazing thing in my life to have a beautiful bedroom like I have one now.
